Why Surf on dry land?
To get that "SURFER BODY" of course!
What is it?
Surfset Sessions are small group based classes. Session size ranges from 3-6 people. Lots of hands on attention for beginners. Also available are one on one trainings and buddy sessions. Sessions are available Monday-Saturday. Time slots vary daily based off session categories.
*Each session is delegated in 65 min slots. 35-45 minutes of actual exercise.
Surf Session Descriptions:
Surf-Blend: Surfing inspired moves, cardio, strength and core work combine in the most popular, fun yet challenging workout.
Surf-Balance: Yoga and surfing combine in a flexibility improving core focused workout.
Surf-Burn: Cardio meets surfing/ high intensity 4x4 sets keep your heart rate up and your spirits high
Surf-Build: Strength training, plyometrics, cardio and core work combine.
Surf-Pilates: *Available for Members Only: Super charge your abdominals with 45 minutes of core focused exercises.
Surf-YOGA: * Available for Members only: Challenge yourself further in your yoga practice by adding the balancing act of surf inspired SUP Yoga on dry land. Beginners/Intermendiate/Advanced classes available.
