Welcome aboard to one of the countries hottest NEW workouts! Small group training sessions, hands on and core focused on a unstable surface. Surf inspired- come catch a wave!
Surfset Sessions are small group based classes. Session size ranges from 3-6 people. Lots of hands on attention for beginners. Also available are one on one trainings and buddy sessions. Sessions are available Monday-Saturday. Time slots vary daily based off session categories.
*Each session is delegated in 65 min slots. 35-45 minutes of actual exercise.
Intro to Surfset: Learn the basics and incorporate the moves into a workout. Famliarize yourself with working on an unstable surface.
Blend: Surfing inspired moves, cardio, strength and core work combine in the most popular, fun yet challenging workout.
Balance: Yoga and surfing combine in a flexibility improving core focused workout.
Burn: Cardio meets surfing/ high intensity 4x4 sets keep your heart rate up and your spirits high
Build: Strength training, plyometrics, cardio and core work combine.
